You simply install the driver first, and connect it to your PC port. Many web cam comes near USB. You simply connect to the USB port. Launch your web cam application.
Install the software that come with it, and after plug in the camera. Your PC should certify it and start working. If you don't have the software, you can probably carry it from the company's website.
