If its merely scratched try toothpaste, it worked for me.
There is a device available at store that sell gaming software, it looks close to a can opener, you insert the disk and crank the feel, it cleans with a special brush and you make the addition of a bit of a treatment.



Find a store that has Gaming programs, and see if they hold it on hand, mostly if they don't they can order it for you, I have a client who purchased one, and I got one for my business, I do repairs and upgrades, within my in-home business.
