Hi. Philip T is probably right. The bottleneck is your connection to IM, and you don't hold control over that. USB 2.0 is fast ample, a P4 is fast adequate. Try shutting down extraneous programs (task manager) and running JUST IM to see if the frame rate improves. Also (just as test) turn sour any anti-virus programs to see if they have an effect. Then turn them vertebrae on of course. Also bring in sure you have plenty of wishy-washy. Good luck!

My disc drive will not play an audio CD. It will recognise it, but woon't play it as an audio cd. It plays MP3 Cds fine, but not Audio compact disc. How can I get it to work again?

You dont want to "format" it. When your burning the CD bring in sure that the disk doesn't finalize. Usually its a checkbox. Next time u want to use it again simply erase the disk with nero or w/e ur using and afterwards burn again.

I bought this Prestigio Externo external harddrive in a foreign country last month. It's be working fine since then.
