The card should work just fine, it meet the minimum spec (see link), but it won't be as good as it could be - if you can afford Ultimate, you should know how to afford a decent ($75-150 range) GPU. If you want to stick to an nvidia, you should know how to get one contained by the Geforce 7300-7800 range.



One more point - your GPU may be good ample, but 512MB RAM won't work for anything higher than Vista Home Basic (again, see the link).

Well: according to Geforce it's use for window xp 95-98 up

grade where on earth that can have(AGP 8X14XGraphics Card would
