How can I control the mouse pointer near a joystick?

Hi e'one! I've get a USB controller adapter that allows me toplug PS controllers onto my pc, so it works resembling a joystick. My question to you is, how can I control my mouse pointer next to my joystick, and get rid of my mouse.
