How can I download drivers for my IWILL KK266-R motherboard? Iwill's website(s) seem to be to hold disappeared!

I'm trying to capture a seagate ATA-100 drive to be recognized by Win2000 near my IWILL KK266-R motherboard. It shows up in the BIOS (as 137 GB) but not surrounded by Windows 2000 Professional. Would Upgrading to WinXP/ Vista solve this without have to update the BIOS or changes motherboards? Thanks!
