How can I "make" my USB Drive:?

1. Have BIOS?

2. Appear as a cd drive?

3. Customize formatting/partitioning on it?

4. "Be" bootable?



I guess I purely need some broad information, links to tutorials would be nice. Thanks......?

How can I "make" my USB Drive:?

USB drive is an external, removeable drive. That is how it's recognized by the computer. It does not enjoy its own BIOS. It will not appear as a cd drive, it appears as an external drive. You will be able to format and separator it. Change your Bios boot order to boot from USB drive first if it have that capability. In demand for it to be bootable, it will have to enjoy the necessary 'boot' information on it.
