how can I find the configuration and drivers for my video card?

I lost my video card configuration disc , I got the make name and serial number from the card itself which is ;

Ati 7000 w/64 MB ddr w/tv 04042431527 . Now I don't know what I hold to do!

Pls can any body help me ?
