for chatting, i use my logitech ps2 microphone to plug into the system to make conversation and the eyetoy fits the same slot but i don't know how to kind it a webcam if i can.

Many people own searched contained by vane for drivers for the eyetoy camera to run on a PC but even the mfg doesnt provide them!
you need to install drivers, if anyone have uploaded any.

You can't. Simply put, the reason individual is because the driver that the eyetoy used isn't on the internet and if it is, Someones holding out on releasing it. Sry just shift buy a webcam..
