where on earth can i get the 1000 see drive and is is out yet? i hear it's going for a nice 399$ anyone know?
Hitachi Terabyte?
No sign of it on the other hand. It's the Deskstar 7k1000. Hitachi said it would ship in the first quarter so they still hold a month and a half. I wouldn't expect it till March. There's also the CinemaStar 7k1000 to be precise optimized for streaming video and scheduled for second quarter.
it didn't come out nonetheless, but for now, buy 2 500gb drives and a storming controller to combine them together.
