Hey I freshly bought a comp (not a topical one) and im trying to find out how much hit a IBM p6 motherboard can hold?

im not even shure if p6 is the type of motherboard ,.............details im a freshmen in highschool so im not that conversant about computers

If you’re not sure what mobo you hold don’t expect an accurate answer.
Check the bottom of the laptop. There will normally be a model number tabled somewhere. They go to ibm.com and look up the specification for the model. It will hold the information you need at hand.
Run SIW from http://www.gtopala.com/siw_download.html... and check the "Motherboard" item.
