Hey have nouns card issues please backing.?

I Recently bought a C-media i8738 card 6c nouns card. I keeped my other sound card which I am going to using next to a DJ program. I installed the card and change the nouns settings to enable the Cmedia card and I find no sound. I check on the card and it say it's working properly. I then see other card and that works fine. I then try to use my Dj program and it see the other card but no sound comes out of it when I assign an MP3 track to play on it but the other card will play beside the Dj program. I am wondering if the sound card is lately dead or if I missed something?
