Plug it surrounded by to the computer into a USB port. You have to download the most recent version of Yahoo messenger (or window messenger) and there is a button on the top that say webcam. It is pretty self explanatory once you find that. Then you have to start chitchat to someone and then only just invite them to a webcam conversation.
do you mean how? you should read your user's guide beforehand you even try to do it.
if your webcam is a USB, plug it to any USB port and computer should detect it and then you can start up the program for your video cam.
