It doesn't "save the video" unless you are using software designed to account that web cam session. You hold to tell it to do that specifically. When it is "on" and you are webcamming near someone else, it is possible for them to save any screen shots of that session, or if they enjoy very expensive software or are immensely very computer savvy, they could possibly narrative the video session for later use. In 99.9% of the cases that doesn't begin though. Way too much trouble.
If you are using a camera on messenger, you are not saving the video although the user on the other side can. However, if you are using a SW for the camera that allows to text video and the option is turned on, next you are.
