Help! USB problems. (unknown device)?

I bought a fresh Armor VA8000BWS thermal take tower and installed my computer into it. Everything works exept the tentative usb ports on the top. When I plug something into it it just shows the "Device not recognized" and refers to it as an (unknown device). I tryed www.thermaltake.com and can't find the drivers and it didn't come beside a disk. Any thoughts?

Help! USB problems. (unknown device)?

Usually extra USB ports will have their internal cable connected to the motherboard, and uses the on-board USB controller. Windows XP automatically recognizes USB devices lacking additional drivers. Older Windows such as ME, might require a "USB Mass Storage" driver. If the driver is out, you will see "Unknown device" with a pale /!\ sign. Visit the motherboard web site, not the Thermaltake site. The valise maker (Thermaltake) would not supply USB drivers.
you plugged the usb connectors inside the computer the wrong mode remember that shield is next to the senseless pin hole
