Do you have Microsoft Movie Maker? I only just looked in the oblige files and it will support .avi files, so you can add a music track to the video here. If you don't enjoy it, it's a free download at Microsoft.com. It also supports Mp3s.

Hi. Philip T is probably right. The bottleneck is your connection to IM, and you don't hold control over that. USB 2.0 is fast ample, a P4 is fast adequate. Try shutting down extraneous programs (task manager) and running JUST IM to see if the frame rate improves. Also (just as test) turn sour any anti-virus programs to see if they have an effect. Then turn them vertebrae on of course. Also bring in sure you have plenty of wishy-washy. Good luck!

The real answer is turn stale some programs you are running in the circumstance or in the taskbar. I bet you enjoy alot there right presently msn messager,yahoo messager some other useless program that starts up with window. You should try looking into disable the things that startup with window. Also run virus and spyware scans, verbs out your temp files every week. Need more info let me know
